Course as an add on to the Core Package and is inline with the VESI and ESI mandatory requirements for initial training for a person wishing to work as a Cutter from an Elevated Work Platform (EWP).
We deliver this course through one day of Theory and one day of hands on Practical
Pre-Requisite Unit of Competency (UoC)

Our training includes a mix of hands-on practice, demonstrations, and guided theory sessions giving you the required skills and knowledge required to perform an elevated work platform (EWP) controlled descent escape, and rescue in an electricity supply industry (ESI) environment.
Assessment Methods include:
Training is held at our Head Office in Hallam. It is a bright, comfortable space set up for learning and discussion. You’ll find plenty of seating, a projector for presentations, and individual workbooks so you can follow along with the trainer. The layout makes it easy to see, hear, and take part, whether it’s a group discussion or note-taking.
Our Training Room has access to DNA Trainings Student Wi-Fi so that you can go online in the Learner Portal to read through the digital Workbook at any time and complete your written assessments.

We provide group training that tailors the training to suit your organisational needs.
We offer to train your staff in the correct use and technique with your equipment which will assist in minimising health and safety risks within the workplace.
Being professionally trained in cutting vegetation from an EWP in an ESI environment for staff who work on chainsaws helps minimise the risk of injury and promotes positive work outcomes in maintaining equipment
